Church School

The Sunday School of St. Gregory of Narek Church guides children through the history, traditions, and observances of the Armenian Church. Students read the Bible and learn about saints and feasts, church milestones, Armenian prayers and worship services, among other topics. They are encouraged to reflect on how this knowledge enriches
their spiritual lives as Armenian Christians.

In addition to taking part in worship and receiving classroom instruction, children build friendships and enjoy fellowship through fun crafts activities, field trips, and other child friendly programming.

Programs are offered at the following levels:
Nursery (1-3 year-olds)
Elementary grades
Advanced teen group

The Sunday School meets every Sunday, from September through May. Classes are held from 10 to 11 a.m. three Sundays of the month; the fourth Sunday is reserved for family worship.
